Hi, I’m Kath…

I’m a Clinical Naturopath with a past working life as an Occupational Therapist. I love to teach people simple ways to bring healthier foundations to their specific needs and challenges.

I have used the tools of naturopathy and occupational therapy to support my own emotional health, as well as to make changes when I was diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

I’m not a perfectionist, nor do I teach it! Instead, I encourage you to know your self - what’s happening in your body’s chemistry, and what resonates for you to adopt into your lifestyle.

I live in a forest village outside Melbourne, Australia, and am equal parts hippy and research nerd.

Will I be encouraged to go off my prescription medication?

No way - I trust that you and your chosen health professionals are working out the medication options right for you. This training exists to complement whatever else you choose to access to support your emotional wellbeing.

How much effort will it take to make the suggested changes?

I’m all about being realistic. I won’t be telling you to change your whole life overnight. Instead, you’ll hear what you can do in your diet and lifestyle to support your mood, then I’ll encourage you to pick one thing to start with that is meaningful and accessible and appealing to you. It just takes one step to begin building momentum.

When do I get the program content?
