For several years I worked in mental health, it was a real passion and I loved it... I even used my spare time to volunteer at a counselling service! Who needs balance when you have passion, right? No. While there's plenty of warm fuzzy vibes to support you, the actual tools are ones that have the power to provide transformation. Many were used by me with clients experiencing significant trauma and mental health issues - if they can work in that setting you can be sure they're effective! Some of the tools, such as CBT and ACT (full explanation in the course!) are backed by research, others are spiritual teachings.
